My love, happy 4 year anniversary ❤️🎊 I am thankful everyday for your kindness and support in all my erratic ideas, university studies and creative endeavours. Thank you for always believing in me and being so giving. We have achieved so much together and I have to remind myself that I am deserving of this kind of magical love. It's only 365 days until the wedding now, and I can't wait to call you my husband 😘💒 Here we are in Japan at the Yukata festival, amazing country and amazing memories with you 🇯🇵❤️
Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes over the weekend. I took an adventure into my natural habit of the wild 🌲and embraced my final year of my twenties alone in the woods, swimming in the gorge, playing guitar and tapping back into my creative spirit that has been neglected for far too long. It feels surreal to be 29 because I never imagined my life at this point or beyond it so its this weird feeling of fuck I'm a full adult now what? I feel courageous, free and inspired to live the last year of my 20s before stepping comfortably and fearlessly into my 30s 🎊
I feel so lucky that I had the opportunity to work alongside such wonderful, inspiring people at @swellsculpture There were so many moments during the festival that inspired my own creativity and endless opportunities to talk with the incoming crowd of people, help with workshops, play at Kids Elements and interview artists on their unique challenges and creative journey. We live in such a vast world of interesting stories and people and I feel grateful that I was able to have so many conversations with people from all different walks of life 🎨 🍷❤️

I got to meet sweet little Nimmy (Nimble🐕) this weekend on the farm. She reminds me so much of her grandma Tess with her vibrant little blue eye.. I can't wait to come back in December for a longer stay, a weekend is definitely not enough! #bordercolliesofinstagram #bordercolliepup #farmhouselife
On the second day of Spring we said goodbye to an old friend. We got Tess as a 6 week old puppy and she was so unusual with her one blue eye, she had lots of energy and we learnt very quickly that she was obsessed with chasing balls. Even as a 17 year old she was still chasing balls, although, a little slower than her 6 week old self. She loved placing her head in your lap for pats and when you stopped she would paw your leg for attention until you started patting again 🐾 She had such kind gentle eyes but was a wolf when it came to protecting her puppies of which she had three litters over her life time. She loved, loved going out on the Ute to round up sheep and I had to be very careful when walking the paddock that she didn’t run off and start rounding up all the sheep 🐑 Her son, Bob, would always walk by my side though. So loyal compared to his mum, destined to chase all things. She hated the summer heat and I have many fond memories of her coming into the house to be on the cool lino in front of the air con. Tina of course was the Queen of the house so she had to give Tess a warning snarl not to come into any of the other rooms or else. But you were such great friends and grew up together, like two sisters hating each other one day and loving each other the next. And how strange it is that you’re gone a year and 2 days after her. Like you were both destined to go at 17 within a few days of each other. I hope that Tina lets you into the house so you can lay on the cool lino and enjoy some gentle pats while you doze off and close your brown and blue eyes 💙 RIP Tessa girl, I wish I could have said goodbye. #goodbyeoldfriend #goodbyetomydog #dogsofinstagram #bordercolliesofinstagram
